Holistic Nursing.
Does the frenzy of daily life seems to get
faster and more chaotic by the minute? How do you find balance
with all that you juggle in a day? Are you stressed?
Exhausted? Unfulfilled? Do you desire to know yourself
better?
As a nurse since 1985 I have witnessed and
experienced many levels of health and illness. I believe that
our bodies become ill for many reasons. I believe that we must
work at knowing ourselves better and take on the responsibility of
our lives from a holistic viewpoint. People are starting to
realize their important role in achieving wellness. We need to
work toward balance to attain healthy and joyful lives.
We must begin through caring for ourselves.
